Welcome to Edinburgh,the capital city of Scotland.

Come and stay in our townhouse close to the centre of the city.

Our comfortable modern town house is situated in a very quiet area with romantic views over the Water of Leith to the 19th century buildings on the other side.


It is only 10 minutes on foot from the famous Princes Street, and the elegant Georgian "New"Town.

  There is an independent entrance to the  house.

The lower floor has an open plan, sunny living/dining room plus a well-equipped kitchen. ( oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer) as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

Off peak central heating and fitted carpets throughout provide warmth and atmosphere. A  Cable TV, telephone and washing machine-drier are available. The property benefits from a designated car space within a securely locked garage.


The upper floor has a very large bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.

Sliding doors lead to a balcony with a lovely views over the river.

There is a second  bedroom with a single bed and an adjacent bathroom.




Culture: Within 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Traverse Theatre, the Usher Hall (concerts) the Gallery of Modern Art and many, restaurants, pubs and shops.


Sports: the house is situated on the Water of Leith Footpath, which allows you to walk, jog or cycle 6km downstream to the sea or 14km upstream to the Pentland Hills.

The nearest golf courses are only 2km away.


Edinburgh is an exciting city which has a lot to offer.We hope you will enjoy your stay.
